Lloyd is a well known birder residing in New York City. He has been an avid birder for the last 20+ years and has broadened his interests to include insects of all kinds. He also runs a rare bird alert - Metro Birding Briefs - to get the word out on rarities in real time. Lloyd is an accomplished photographer and his work has appeared in such publications as Natural History magazine, Birder's World magazine, WildBird magazine, Birding Magazine (ABA), WWF Songbird calendars, the NY Daily News and several Audubon publications to name a few.
